"Mourinho has a double personality," Gaspart told COM Radio. "He is not the Mourinho that I have known."
Mourinho appeared to hit out at Barca assistant coach Tito Vilanova as the touchline tension reached boiling point after Marcelo was shown a straight red for a wild lunge on Cesc Fabregas.
Pep Guardiola's men won 3-2 on the night (5-4 on aggregate) and Gaspart has questioned Mourinho's behavior during the touchline brawl.
"He transforms himself when it comes to football, but this is not his normal way of being. Even Madrid seem happy with it, but I really do not understand this," said Gaspart.
Speaking of the coach's attack on Vilanova, Gaspart said, "This is not normal. I can never remember a coach attacking another."
Reports in Spain suggest Barcelona will not submit a complaint to the authorities over Mourinho's behavior following the mass brawl which broke out, but this has not been confirmed officially.
